   I solicit comments for the following matter: My sis-in-law's date of appointment is changed by Director,Directorate of Secondary Education,Ranchi, Jharkhand despite of several complaints: DARPG,President's Secretariat Help Line, CORE Center, NCW. Intervention from PMO to The Chief Secretary, Govt of Jharkhand No. 2/3/2011-PMP4/313615, dated: 03/08/2011.Even RTI queries has been ignored or being extended with ref. to my 3 RTI applications to DARPG,Jharkhand Mantralaya and Directorate of Secondary Education Jharkhand. This issue has also been exposed in a news report; Hindustan Times, Ranchi, on 3rd September,2010. It seems this gross injustice will never be resolved, so, before burial of this issue I shall raise appropriate RTI queries to President's Secretariat, PMO,and HRD Ministry. Through these RTI queries at least shall expose our defunct/immune grievance redressal system.
