Can i get some information on , as to how to go about to fix this problem. From what I have known, going around in govt offices, they say it is unfixable, which is so strange.

Sir, AP forest recruitment has been anounced for FSO, FBO, ABO in the chittoor west, East divisions. They clearly refusing for age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen. normal age prescribed for is 18 to 30 years . They are following the same for us also. they are quoting the GO MS 88 of 2000 of aP forest department. Where as GO MS 155 of General Admin of AP 1967 clearly indicates the relaxation for Ex-Servicemen. In such case how can I approach for solving the issue. thanking you sir

It is true that RTI has given us a right to know our rights. But only a number of Government Department are following these guidelines and many of them are unawre of the Guidelines. So, why may not be their manual for the employee is audited to increase its effectiveness.
